A yoga of conscious self-care -- your "sadhana" -- will cultivate and connect you to that love and innate self appreciation, especially in those times when you

are finding it hard.

When we truly learn to love ourselves, we feel inspired to take care of our body, our minds, our families, our work and our daily lives. Not in a way that we sacrifice ourselves and in our own well-being , but where we put ourselves first and express our undeniable truths. If we truly take care of ourselves to be all that we are, we can feel firm in where we are. Do you love yourself? Come to this 8 week yoga session, close your eyes take a deep breath and look inside.

Weekly 75min gentle yoga class
Learn your ayurvedic type and approach to yoga practice.
Meditation & chanting meditation.
Breath awareness to calm the nervous system.

Georgina Kyllo is a 300 RYT, is co-owner and a yoga instructor at I Am Yoga Shuswap. With 3 years of teaching Georgina decided to take the next step to work towards 800 Hour Yoga Therapy Certification. Practicing yoga for mental health is close to Georgina's heart as she herself has lived with depression and is a strong advocate for Canadian Mental Health Association not only as generous fundraising donor but also a newly appointed director on he CMHA Shuswap Board. Through Yoga she has learned how to learn to look beyond the physical structure, self appointed flaws, sadness, worry and self-doubt and share this passion and love of yoga with others who feel similar struggles.
