This weekend program offers a mix of a dynamic Vinyasa Flow – as movement meditation ( based on Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa yoga) and Restorative Yoga (stillness meditation, longer held relaxing poses). There is a lot of focus on the breath.
All practices are tailored to the needs/possibilities of the
group, with enough variations for different levels.
Flow sequences are designed to get you out of the head and into the body. You will enjoy moving through a full spectrum of motion, releasing tensions and creating space for the energy to flow freely.
During Restorative sessions you will be guided into a deep relaxation.
I am eager to share with you how yoga can help you to release stress and be a portal to the inner happiness and calmness. Accept what is. Connect with the present moment. It is the most powerful practice there is. You will get a chance to observe yourself from a distance, to let your thoughts and emotions for what they are, without identifying yourself with them. This creates space for awareness and stepping out of the emotional pain and drama. You will learn simple yet effective, grounding exercises that you can apply in your daily life.
Sessions will be held as much as possible outside, in the beautiful garden, so you can experience the healing combination of yoga and nature.
