A four weeks, dynamic and strong yoga course designed for (somewhat) experienced

YOGIS at a LEVEL 2 basis! This is six pack material :-) ...a challenge for body and mind!

(Sorry beginners...there'll be an 8 weeks course catering for beginners starting back in February March!!!)

Students will learn to link movement and breath, improve core strength, promote flexibility which ultimately leads to better postural awareness. This course is designed to enhance recovery, promote flexibility & reduce the risk of injury. Many sports-(wo)men would feel the benefit of yoga maximising their performance.

Thursdays, starting January 7th 2016
6.45pm – 8.15 pm
