The demands of today’s lifestyle are creating more pain and physical dysfunction than ever before. Sitting for extended periods of time, whether at work, at school, at the dinner table or driving without adequate stretching and moving, is the perfect example of how we develop muscle imbalances, which
in turn, create postural distortions and biomechanical dysfunction. Unlike alignment therapies that just consider the body, authentic yoga uses the mind and life assessments and practices in order to restore and bring back into alignment the whole human anatomy.
Just like all of our other workshops, this workshop is open to anyone with an interest in the topic — no previous Yoga experience needed.
