As Spirit whispers to us, it is important to learn to slow down, be present and listen to our heart intelligence. That is our intention with this workshop; to bring you to a place of being present within yourself with Spirit, slowing down so that you
can hear the small, still voice inside with clarity, through the breath, through the poses and through the healing sound. We will begin with a short meditation, flow into Yin Yoga poses guided by Kelly as Monette assists with hands on massage and energy work to deepen the release in mind, body and soul. We will then transition you into a deep theta state for sound meditation to complete the process. You will need to bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water and any props you feel you may need to be comfortable. We look forward to sharing this journey with you.
