more about the practices of Classical Hatha-yoga.
Workshop on April 29th is a 2-hour session on meditation, sitting practices and how to become spiritually awake. This class will offer the methods outlined by the late Swami Veda Bharati on yoganidra (a deep relaxation process often thought of releasing stress, but ultimately designed to unlock internal blocks).
