Curious about the mushrooms in your yard and in the forests of Western Washington? Learn which of the common mushrooms are edible, which ones to avoid, and how fungi interact with your trees and plants.
This is a fun presentation with a lot of photos and interesting information about how mushrooms
have been part of our culture and mythology for hundreds of years.
This is just introductory information, and you will not be able to immediately go to the forest and start picking mushrooms to cook. You will learn, however, which steps to take and organizations to join to learn more about mushrooms and how to hunt for them.
