A postpartum support group for new moms with babies under a year of age. New moms and their babies are invited to gather this Sunday from 1:00-3:00pm to share their experiences and support one and other in the new days of parenting.
This special time is reserved for our classroom and kitchen. There
will always be pots of coffee and tea going in the kitchen along with something yummy to eat.
During this group, participants will connect with other new moms as they learn about the ‘baby blues’ and the emotional changes that can occur after childbirth; practice self-care, and relaxation techniques, which are clinically proven to reduce stress and increase mom’s wellbeing; and discuss the highs and lows of motherhood in a supportive space.
This group is facilitated by Emily McCay, DONA trained Postpartum Doula, who is experienced in leading new mom support groups and is connected within the birth and postpartum community to help direct new parents to support and resources.

Can't join us on Sunday? This group also offers a meeting time on Wednesdays from 2:00-3:30pm and Fridays from 10:30am-12pm.
