Here's how you get started:
1. Attend a short meeting on either Nov. 13th or Nov. 15th. 7pm.
Everything you will need to do or know will be discussed at this short meeting. It will be held right after boxing class at 6pm so you can take a boxing class and stay for the meeting afterwards. :)
2. Start the 21 day jumpstart on Nov. 27th. This is the Monday after Thanksgiving. This is the perfect time to start. It will lead you right into Christmas feeling fantastic!!
You'll get an option of a exercise class of choice! Boxing or TRX! So if you're already taking a class you will have an opportunity to take another class!! I will also be hosting a Friday night fight class! (more details to follow)
