Tunis Village &Wadi El Hitan
23th January 2016

Trip Summary:

Nature Conservation Egypt (NCE) is glad to announce its first trip in 2016 to Tunis Village and Wadi El Hitan (UNESCO World Heritage Site), in Fayoum. Come join us for a one-day trip of birdwatching and exploring the fossilized

remains of Wadi El Hitan, celebrating the newly opened Climate Change Museum. Together, we will discover the beautiful birds of Fayoum, as it is one of Egypt’s most popular birdwatching destinations. We will also get a unique chance to learn about the ancient wales that lived and died in the area more than 37 million years ago.
