This is a walking/camping tour through the high Andes providing the trekkers with an unforgettable experience. Following 2 nights in Cusco, we will begin our strenuous 4 day trek along the Inca Trail, the ancient ridge-top route taken by the Incas on their pilgramages. The trail is a magnificent walkway
of stones, stairways and tunnels traversing the ridges high above the Urubamba River with beautiful campsites above the cloud forest. Hike past archeological remains of villages and strongholds and ultimately descend the stone staircase called Intipunku (Door of the Sun), gateway to Machu Picchu, the famed citadel of the Incase.
Includes 3 nights camping with all meals, tents, sleeping mat, guide and porter service
