In partnership with the Idaho Black History Museum, the International Rescue Committee in Boise brings "The Lucky Ones" to Boise for its Treasure Valley debut. Previously exhibited in Sun Valley, "The Lucky Ones: a visual story of Idaho enriched by refugees arriving in uncertain times," places a human
face to the 2017 Travel Bans and the issue of refugee resettlement.
Join us, Friday, April 13th at 5:30pm for the opening reception of "The Lucky Ones" at the Idaho Black History Museum. Light refreshments will be offered alongside a brief program of welcome from IRC Boise Executive Director Julianne Donnelly Tzul, Idaho Black History Museum Director Phillip Thompson, and exhibit photographer Madeline Rose Scott.
