Join Delia Gibbs to explore the relationship or “conversation” between movement and breath through a slow but challenging vinyasa flow practice.
By replacing the classic “one breath per movement” pacing with multiple breaths per movement, we’ll flow in a mindful, strong, and graceful way to create
dance-like movement inspired by slow and steady breath.
With more awareness placed on transitions than poses themselves, the intention is that you’ll leave the workshop feeling equal parts soft and strong.
