In this Seminar, we will explore module eight. Modern wound care embraces the application of traditional, refined, and new treatment modalities. Nurses work in a variety of settings and require confidence and competence in many wound-related practices. This module focuses on common wound-related Nursing
The content of each module stands alone as a continuing professional development (CPD) activity and the completion of each module will be awarded a CPD Certificate as evidence of the education activity. There is a total of 12 CPD hours allocated in this Seminar program.
Module 8 will be delivered in two learning modes:
The program for 24th of September will be a series of 6 live webinar presentations. The webinar component allows you to explore the theory behind the practical application of the content in the workshop setting. The webinar recordings will also be made available to attendees as part of the online library to support learning in Module 8.
The 28th of September will be a small face to face group workshop – where participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice these skills.
Participants are required to complete both the webinar component and the face to face component to be awarded the CPD attainment of module 8.
