The FAQ below should cover everything and basically all the questions people will have regarding the event. If you guys have gone in the past, you know how the
set-up is and how laid back the event has been. Let's try our best to maintain the same environment that we all enjoyed and experienced the past three years.
If you have any questions, please think and read through the FAQ before asking or posting. You will just waste everyone's time if you don't bother reading and just blurt out questions.
This event was created to celebrate the annual anniversary of The Chronicles. If you don't know what the site is or have never heard of the site, or are not a fan, please do not bother coming. I would prefer the space in the facility be saved for people that care about the site and who have followed the site for some time. It is basically a "semi-private" event, where you can come if you want, but I would much rather you come if you have a reason to come other than to show up and take up space.
EVERYONE PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. We all have regular lives and do not want to spend extra time cleaning up your mess. Be an adult and be smart. Don't make things more difficult then they have to be.

These remaining spots will be reserved for people who email and send photos/mod list to THECHRONICLESMEDIA@YAHOO.COM and get approved. Once your submission is approved for your space, you will be required to pay for the space to hold it. This guarantees you a spot inside the event.
