The class will be a mix of various exercises ranging from weighted to bodyweight style moves.
These exercises consist of short bursts of maximum effort in a short period of time, i.e. weighted squats for 30 seconds, with a 15 second rest period. All of the weights used are relatively low weight so
no need to worry about heavy lifting.
The class will run similar to a circuit style with many different exercises working every muscle group, and core based moves too!
You do not have to have top physical fitness to take part in the class. Beginners are more than welcome!
Please note this class is for ladies only (apologies gents, however, please see the class I run on a friday which is designed for both males and females!
One hour circuit class starting at 8:15pm every Monday evening.
