First wave starts at 5:00pm, waves every 20 minutes
Participants will be compete based upon distance completed within an allotted time frame. Participants will be competing against athletes of all ages for overall placement. There will be two divisions in each Male & Female category, Youth Ages 17 and
Under and Adult Ages 18 and Older. The Sprint will be SWIM for 15 minutes followed by a 10 minute transition, then BIKE for 15 minutes followed by a 5 minute transition, and finish with a RUN for 15 minutes. These activities will be performed in the YMCA pool, on our stationary bikes and our treadmills.
Entries will be limited to the first 60 participants and registration will close on March 5 or when all spots are filled.
