April 18th - Meal Preparation
Menu - ALL GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE
•Pork Carnita Tacos
•Slow Cooker Vegetable Curry
•Southwestern Turkey Chili
*Each meal or side serves approximately four to six individuals*
*Frozen meals will require a final cooking step via crockpot, stovetop or oven.
•Provide a wide range of enjoyable recipes
•Do all of the shopping
•Have a Registered Dietitian assist you with any questions
•Do all the dishes and even take out the trash
•Assemble a variety of healthy meals
•Leave the mess behind
•Take home multiple frozen entrees to make the month easier - don't forget to bring a cooler or reusable shopping bag to bring home all your delicious meals!

Please note that the purchase of one ticket is for one participant only. Participants are not permitted to bring guests to assist in assembling the meals unless approved by the event organizer. Please contact the event organizer directly with any questions. Refunds for tickets purchased will only be available 1 week in advance.
