(across from and behind St Francis Hospital). This is a real, operational bakery and is the nicest facility of its kind in the Mid-south. This is not held at our retail location, Frost, in East Memphis or Collierville.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins. The decorator will start promptly at 6 p.m. The cake classes can be up to three (3) hours in length.

All the necessary tools and equipment for class are supplied by Frost for you to use during the class. At the end of class each you will get to take home a 8” vanilla cake that you decorated, which is a $35 value!

Registration fees are not refundable. If a conflict arises with your class date you may transfer to another date that better suites your needs (with 72 hour notice and subject to availability). We will not refund or reschedule if you are a no show to your class.

All students must be at least 15 years old; children are not allowed in the bakery facility. If you have someone picking you up, please have them arrive 15 minutes before the class ends so a decorator does not have to wait around after the class is over.

We would love if you would share feedback (positive or negative) with me once the class has been completed. If you have any pictures of your work I would love to see those as well
