The 2016 All Saints Seafood Festival and Good Stuff Auction is set for Saturday, January 30 at 6:30pm and we are looking for a big turnout this year. In addition to being a boatload of fun, it is All Saints' biggest fundraiser. We will serve oysters, peel & eat shrimp, etoufee, Minorcan clam chowder,
jambalaya, fish, hot dogs, and a new item, shrimp & grits, along with all the fixin's. You can purchase tickets at the office Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm OR you can call Rick Alexander at 627-4950 for purchase as well. We are often asked if checks are accepted -- actually, checks are PREFERRED. Second, we still need donations in the form of vacations at summer homes, beach condos, or day trips that All Saints communicants can donate, as well as "good stuff" for the "Good Stuff" auction.
Parishioner Kim Fishback has generously donated her time to assist with the baskets for the auction this year. Beginning this Sunday, she will have baskets available that you can pick up to fill yourself OR, you can donate items and have her assemble a nice basket for you. All you need to do is talk to her on Sundays during coffee hour, or contact her at 703-3460 or email@example.com. Basket theme ideas include: Spa, Valentines, Wine, Gourmet Foods, or various hobbies like Scrapbooking, Gardening, Art, Jewelry, Cooking, Bar-B-Q, and reading for adults or youth, to name a few! Those who can't see her during coffee hour, can sign up on a sheet she will place in the parish hall and contact her directly.
