LIFECYCLE NetWalks, brings together
Cheshire business folk in the wonderful setting of the Cheshire Countryside for a gentle morning NetWalking.
We are back for our 5th NetWalk and this time - it's all about the canal..
We will be meeting as usual at the Miola Coffee Lounge in Elworth at 09.30. Time for a quick social coffee before a 10.00am departure. This is a perfect time to introduce yourselves and tell us about your business. Just a quick round the table, informal introductions, and NO LAPTOPS!!
After the introductions over a coffee we will head out to join the Canal on Moss Lane. We then stay along the Tow Path, through Wheelock to Malkins Bank Golf Course where we then join the Old Railway for a gentle stroll back to Miola.
It's 5 miles in total - maybe bring a small snack and some water with you.
So come along, bring some business cards, make new contacts, share personal and business challenges and gain some fresh perspectives, in an informal way, all within the beautiful Cheshire countryside that will allow clear thinking and new ideas to flourish.
Here are some comments form previous NetWalkers...

What should I wear?
You will need to wear proper walking boots, bring along some waterproofs and a couple of layers to cater for unpredictable weather conditions. A spare pair of socks is also quite useful. The route is mainly decent pathways and lanes, but there may well be some muddy sections especialy down by the river and along the farm tracks.
I'm a little unfit, should I come along?
This is a fairly easy walk and this route has been designed to include as many people as possible, so no worries if you aren't our local Mo Farrar or Paula Radcliffe, you'll be absolutely fine. Our schedule does allow for a number of 'breather' stops so there will be plenty of time for catching up and to keep the group together. It's a gentle pacem but maybe bring some water and a little food to keep your energy levels up.
Can I bring my dog?
If you have a friendly dog and you'd like to bring him or her along, then absolutely. They sometimes add a little character! Please adhere to all Countryside Codes, and keep them on a lead at appropriate times. They will be your responsibility at all times and note that dogs aren't allowed inside at Miola.
Is there somewhere to park?
Yes, free on the road parking is available. Please don't take spaces in the Miola Car Park because we will be taking spaces for other customers while we are out. If the road is full, there are loads of spaces avalable just round the corner on the overflow car park at Sandbach Cricket Club.
Can i bring my laptop?
