**Sac Fry Fest FAQS**

ADMISSION TO SAC FRY FEST
General Admission: $10 pre-sale, $15 at the door (access to event to enjoy live music, a free kids zone, tons of vendors serving delicious loaded fries, beer and wine, and a FUN environment!)

VIP: $30 (everything above, PLUS 2pm early access, 2 judging tokens and 2 tasting tickets!)

*Children 8 years old and under are free!

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS
Once your purchase is complete, all entry, tasting, drink and judging tickets are 100% non-refundable.

WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL LOCATION?
Sac Fry Fest is taking place at Roosevelt Park in Downtown Sacramento.

Roosevelt Park encompasses the entire block between P and Q and 9th and 10th Streets. The event entrance will be located on the 10th Street side of the park.

ARE INS/OUTS ALLOWED?
No, there are no ins and outs allowed at the festival. Once inside, please enjoy the event to the fullest before you leave!

VEHICLE PARKING
There is ample street parking, as well as several parking garages in the area immediately surrounding the festival.

We will also be providing FREE bicycle valet from Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates for those who choose to ride their bikes to the event!

WHAT FOOD OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Every food vendor will be offering a creative loaded fry recipe, ONLY available via our $5 Tasting Tickets!

Purchase tasting tickets online when you buy your entrance ticket, or at the front door during check in at the festival.

Tasting tickets are MANDATORY if you would like to try the creative loaded fry recipes promoted by the food vendors at the festival.

Vendors will have other menu items available for purchase as well.

No outside food or beverages will be permitted. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kids meal options will be available.

ATMs will be available on site.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO FRY FEST?
Pets are welcome! However, think twice before bringing your furry friend. If your animal has issues with crowds, loud noises and lots of visual and olfactory stimulation, or has issues getting along with other animals, you should not bring your pet with you. All well behaved animals on a leash monitored by their owners while on site are welcome at the event. By bringing your pet to Sac Fry Fest, you accept full responsibility and liability for any incident related to having your pet on event grounds.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
The entire event site will be open for alcohol consumption, purchased from the beer garden. Visit the ticketing booth to be granted a beer-access wristband and purchase drink tickets.

All guests must provide a valid photo ID (no exceptions) to be granted a beer-access wristband. All guests must be 21+ in order to drink beer selections on site per state and federal law.

Please drink responsibly!

PHYSICAL ACCOMMODATIONS/ADA
Access to food vendors, the makers bazaar, main stage, picnic areas and restrooms will be available throughout the event to accommodate guests with physical disabilities.

LOST AND FOUND
Any lost and found items recovered throughout the day will be brought to the main Sac Fry Fest information booth at the festival. If you do not discover that your item is lost before you leave the event site, email a description of your item to fun@sacfryfest.com and we will work to reunite you with your lost item.

SMOKING
There will not be a designated smoking area on site. Any guest seen smoking within the event area will be asked to put their cigarette out. Please respect the event site by disposing cigarette butts in the receptacles provided.

WASTE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING
Throwing away your used food and beverage items shouldn’t be a confusing ordeal. So, we are making it easy for you to properly dispose of these items. Trash and Recycling stations will be located throughout the festival so all you have to think about is which loaded fry special you would like to try next!
