Restaurant Day has made it's way to Edinburgh! Come join the food revolution and run a restaurant for the day.
Restaurant Day is a food carnival when anyone can set up a restaurant, café or a bar for a day.
Now for the 20th time in history, the international Restaurant
Day is taking place everywhere around the world. It can happen anywhere: at your home, at the office, on a street corner, in your garden or inner courtyard, at a park, or on the beach – only your imagination is the limit.
You open the pop-up restaurants. The more interesting the concept of your restaurant is, the better it attracts people. However oddities aren’t necessary. Good food and drinks at a nice place are enough – the most important is to create a restaurant that you’d like to visit yourself. After all, the idea of Restaurant Day is to have fun, share different restaurant experiences with other people and enjoy the our living environment together.
On International Restaurant Day you can set up a restaurant alone, with friends or together with an organization or practically any group of people. Check out some tips for setting up your own restaurant and list yours for the next Restaurant Day at www.restaurantday.org
Check out also examples of some of restaurants that popped up on previous Restaurant Days from our blog blog.restaurantday.org or from our photo galleries bit.ly/RPalbums
