An application has been received by the City from EXP Architects Inc. (on behalf of REB Holdings Inc. and Fairview Investments Ltd.) to rezone the property at 315 Torbay Road from the Residential Low Density (R1) and Residential Medium Density (R2) Zones to the Residential Medium Density – Condominium
(R2-Condominium) Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment will be required.
The purpose of the rezoning is to develop a residential townhouse development containing 43 townhomes, each of which will be three stories high.
