We host a variety of walks and each herb walk is held in a different location in order to introduce you to plants that are unique to the varying terrain of our desert. Attend all of the walks to discover the various adaptations
of plants and the differing species based on locale.

Wear comfortable shoes for walking. Bring a notebook and pen for note taking and don’t forget your camera. Snacks or lunches are recommended based on the length and distance of the walk.

located at 1980 Williamson Valley Road in Prescott. The Center has 1.5 miles of trails for hiking, birding and nature study. There is a Habitat Garden with over 25 named species of native plants chosen for their drought resistance and appeal to pollinators. History buffs will appreciate the Hardyville Road exhibit and log cabin. Our small pond is a magnet for birds and other animals as well as water-loving plants.
Cancellation of your class registration prior to one week before the start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations after one week prior to start date are not eligible for a refund unless class is cancelled by Herbal Wisdom Institute. All classes require a minimum of four participants to avoid class cancellation. In the event of a cancellation you will be notified and offered either a class credit or a refund.
