Give your bouncing bundle of joy a feed before you come to train. This will ensure you’re more comfortable to exercise and can focus on your own needs for an hour.
Wear loose fitting flexible clothing, layers are great to regulate your body temperature. Make sure you have comfortable supportive trainers and don’t forget an extremely supportive sports bra.
Be sure you’re ready for all eventualities: drinks and snacks for yourself and baby, sun cream, sunshade and rain cover for baby and rain macs for you.
