Plyometric training is a great tool to use for developing speed and power in your clients. This workshop provided you with a sound understanding
of the physiological principles of plyometric training and how these can be applied to your clients’ training sessions.
By the end of the workshop you will have a thorough understanding of the key coaching points and will be able to design a safe, effective plyometric training programme and training session.

What do I need to bring on the day?
Pens, clipboards and notepads will be provided.
Are refreshments provided?
Drinks and light refreshments will be provided during the workshops, however you may wish to bring your own snacks and drinks.
What if I need to cancel my course?
We ask you to give 48 notice if you wish to cancel a workshop to receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours your workshop can be transferred to an alternative date. You can only transfer a maximum of one time.
Are there any practical activities on the day?
Yes, please wear suitable clothing to perform the practical elements of the course.
Will there be any assessments on the course?
There will be a short quiz at the end of the workshop to assess your learning. This is not a formal assessment.
Do I need any minimum qualifications to attend?
To gain your REPs points you should be qualified to a minimum of Level 3, however this course is also suitable for Level 2 Fitness Instructors, Sports Coaches, Strength and Conditioning Coaches (you will not receive any REPs points if you are not Level 3 qualified)
