French Kiwi Juice (FKJ) is one the best solo love acts going around. Headlining Beyond The Valley and Lost Paradise festivals, the Parisian maestro will be making his way to Hobart. Have a listen to the below live set and get excited!

Futuristically classy: French Kiwi Juice. Better known by the abbreviation FKJ, the artist has mastered the sound of sophisticatedly smooth electronic music. With serene sounds perfect for posh settings, FKJ, with his strong catalogue of tracks, has found himself on repeat in the dwellings of all Roche Musique alumni.

FKJ, born Vincent Fenton, was a sound engineer in cinemas before beginning his career in music. Music has always been part of his life: he started to compose songs at age 13 and recorded his first track at 14, in his uncle’s studio. This self-taught man is also a multi-instrumentalist and mastered everything in studio and on stage. FKJ is an accomplished musician who plays guitar, bass, saxophone, piano and many more.
Although his music can be linked to the new scene of French electronic music, he describes his work like a mix of hip-hop and funk, influenced by jazz and soul.

FKJ made his debut in 2013 with the single “Lying Together”. Two EPs followed this track: Time For A Change in 2013, which was met with a warm reception, and Take Off in 2014, which expanded past the borders of France to seduce an international public. To this date, FKJ has performed to audiences across the world, including tours in Asia, North America, Europe, Australia.

Bringing a sound that reaches into the realms of spaced out synth funk, crooked lean R'n'B and lowslung house, The Goods' flavour is both wild and eclectic yet sharply focused.

The Goods are Badmandela, Rosario and Blacktree. All three are players in their own right, with credits between them including artists such as Touch Sensitive, Daniel Merriweather, Omar, Dereb The Ambassador, George Maple, Adele, Ngaiire, Taku + Wafia.

2016 saw The Goods release their longform debut. The double EP is a compendium of songs split in two. One side, Badmandela's direction, the other Rosario's. Their incredible live show has shown support to the likes of Onra, Black Milk, GL, Julien Dyne, Winston Surfshirt, SilentJay & Jace XL and Oddissee as well as consecutive guest appearances at the award winning Vivid Live Festival.
The Goods’ latest single 'Make Your Move' has garnered radio support from Triple J and Fbi and the accompanying video was featured on Rage as 'Wild One' of the week. Their forthcoming EP is due for release late 2017 via Personal Best Records.
