Mel is getting together a Duathlon team for the Panasonic Duathlon at Mission bay, the couse is flat and easy.
The distances are: Try-a-Du - 10km cycle and 3km run/walk, Sprint - 20km cycle and 5km run/walk or Standard - 40km cycle and 10km run/walk.
We will train every Saturday 7am for 1-2hrs, meeting
at 'The Burbs' with coffee after, the training is free, Mel will be there most of the time to help you out. We start training Feb 13th for 8 weeks :)
