As a Trainer, it's tough to personally critique, move and manipulate each and every participant a group fitness setting. We do our best to adjust form, help work on mobility and stability, and encourage the importance of recovery work, HOWEVER.... we feel it is time to take our assistance
to another level.
Because you lift, you need to learn how to lift SPECIFICALLY for "YOUR" bodies.
Hiit56 has hired Dr. Ashton Tyree to assist us with this level of corrective exercise maintenance. Dr. Tyree will be running a 90-Minute HANDS ON Workshop at Hiit56 West for ANYONE looking to learn a little more.

DR. ASHTON TYREE:
originally a Engineering major, Dr. Ashton Tyree, PT, DPT, CWCC utilizes biomechanical analysis in conjunction with anatomical, medical, and scientifically validated information to establish thorough diagnosis and movement prescriptions. This expertise is expanded upon in the seminar setting with instruction in upper and lower extremity positioning, anatomical variations, and appropriate warm-up/movability recommendations. You will have a genuine Physiotherapist experience and obtain the techniques utilized by experts in the fields of rehab, strength and conditioning, and performance coaching.
