Drop-ins welcome - $15 per class
In these 2 hour classes we will go through simple topics related to 'diet' and nutrition. My goal is to relieve the stress around 'nutrition', 'change' and healthy eating. I fully beleive in "keeping it simple".
I will provide many useful tips and tricks and information related to becoming aware of what is "healthy eating"...fand how you can integrate it in to your life...EASILY. I have went through the "effort" during my nutrtional shift...and I understand the blocks, frustrations, and "work"...that it CAN be......I want to help make it easier for others and share the knoweldge I came out with...to help save you the "time" and sometimes frustation :). I will teach you ways to easily read labels...so that you can "figure out" what is healthy and what is not so healthy wherever you are. We will touch on topics such as:
- vitamins, calcium, etc.
-brand names, and much more.
I will provide many tidbits of information that you can take with you along your healthy living journey.
