On Monday, January 25th, join us for a FREE night of information about the spring No Boundaries Learn to Run 5K, 2pt0, 3pt0 and WalkFIT Training Programs. The session starts at 7:15pm, it will last one hour. We will go over the training program options, training plans and all program information to help
you decide what program is the best FIT for you. Choose from Beginner 5K Training, 2pt0 Intermediate Training or 3pt0 Advanced Training, or Beginner WalkFIT 5k programs.
