Hey all, Jam on the 17th. We meet at Town Hall at 10am and warm up, decide where to train next and do some hops for the day! We can also have a swim during the day if it is warm and nearing the end of the session we can head to King Ed and maybe have a barbecue. We will stop by at the beach and bury
a yoga ball if we're keen!
If you're new then this will be a good way to start and have some fun while you're at it.
