The bootcamp will be a combination of bodyweight exercises, strength exercises and partner drills. The bootcamp is designed to increase speed,strength and power, providing both cardiovascular and muscular benefits.
We will also use a mixture of kettlbells, barbells, and unorthodox equipment.
bootcamp is designed to challenge all, NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.
The bootcamp will run every saturday morning at 7:20am - 8:50am for 8 weeks, from january 16th till march 5th.
