Mindfulness is the art of being fully present with our lives as they unfold moment by moment. The clearer seeing that comes from mindfulness shows us a different way of relating with our experience so that we can find new choices about how to be and how to respond in any situation.
This is an 8 week
course introducing Mindfulness. It is suitable for most people wishing to reduce stress in their lives and increase well-being.
There is an orientation to the course on Thursday 13th September at Canolfan Bro Llanwnda from 6.30 - 8pm.
The course also includes an All-Day of practice on Saturday 27th October.
Course fees are £165 (or £100 - 130 concessions) which includes the 8 weeks, plus orientation, the All-Day, coursebook and recordings.
