This workshop will provide a brain-based approach to understanding the 4 styles of meditation (Focus, Mindfulness, Open Heart, & Quiet Mind). We will explore the link between brainwaves and states of consciousness, identify which meditation styles help with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, & PTSD and discover
ways to deepen or expand our practice. Workshop participants will learn a variety of tips and teaching strategies to use immediately.
