The eight week course, mindfulness for living course, is held in Milton Cottage Sandbank. The numbers are small which promotes a good sense of community and support. This allows more time for your development and feed back from Sandy too. There is daily home practice suggested and you will see the
most results if you try to do these. You are given handouts weekly to support each class which build to a comprehensive manual for you to keep for afterwards.
