For many students the thought of standing on their hands and balancing is a little daunting or simply scary. In this master class we will work on movements, postures, and techniques that help reduce fear and build strength and confidence in Lolasana, Bakasana, and Bhujapidasana. We will use postures
that help support, prepare, and reinforce the ability to stand on our hands. More importantly, by applying the practice of krama we will increase the ability for any student to achieve success in these three key arm balances. Open to advanced beginners and higher.
