Luzvisminda: A Filipino Night Market

Hosted by Tom Douglas Restaurants and presented by ILAW: A coalition of PNW Filipino Food & Beverage professionals

Luzvisminda is a portmanteau of the three main groups of Philippine Islands: Luzon, Visaya, and Mindanao. The Filipino Night Market will focus on celebrating and sharing the personal and

unique experiences with our culture and the foods of our family.

Over twenty businesses from Seattle, Portland, Brooklyn and Manila will be representing Filipino cuisine– highlighting the growing intersections of tradition and modernity.

The Filipino Night Market is a collaboration between Tom Douglas Seattle Kitchen and ILAW: A coalition of Pacific Northwest Filipino Food and Beverage professionals.

Tom Douglas Seattle Kitchen has been hosting Filipino popup restaurants and classes since 2011. The latest sold out NAKS NAMAN!! dinner included 12 Filipino chefs and cooks throughout the company to showcase love of the culture. The Tom Douglas Seattle kitchen is proud to support the Filipino community here in Seattle, and in the Pacific Northwest!
