Representing his first tour following the October 6th release of his debut solo album ‘As You Were’, the announcement comes as Liam
is back at the height of his powers. His return has been nothing short of spectacular, from emotive scenes in Manchester to huge sing-a-longs at Glastonbury, while three new tracks – ‘Wall of Glass’, ‘Chinatown’ and ‘For What It’s Worth’ – are already establishing themselves as towering anthems, delivered with Liam’s once-in-a-lifetime vocal.
Liam wrote or co-wrote every song that features on ‘As You Were’. In addition to Dan Grech-Marguerat, other key collaborators include Greg Kurstin and Andrew Wyatt. One of the most striking aspects of the album is that all the songs have a purpose. There’s no flab, nothing to cut. They all feel directed at something or someone, setting the record straight or getting his side of the story over.
