This special camp provides campers with an overview of the skills Wolf Camp teaches. If an interest is sparked, participants can later register for other day camp weeks where focused themes are presented, including Wildlife Search & Rescue, Wilderness Survival Craft and Wild Cooking and Herbology. Ages
9 and up can also choose from our overnight camp themes.
Camp Itinerary (9:30 - 3:30) -
Our day camps include optional Archery, Campfire Music & Water Games during lunchtime, depending on park rules, camper safety tests, weather and other conditions.

Afternoon Session: Tracking & Trailing Animals
Morning Session: Literally Learning the Language of Backyard Birds
Afternoon Session: Natural Navigation plus Map & Compass Orienteering
Morning Session: Wilderness Survival including Emergency Shelters
Afternoon Session: Wild Edible Food Plants & Critters
Morning Session: Wild Plants for Medicine & Craft Afternoon Session: Traditional Firemaking plus Bow Drill Fire by Friction
Summer Day Camp tuition is $225-$325 depending on registration date, location and number of days attending. To reserve your spot and lock in the earliest registration discount, make a $75 minimum deposit and your balance will be due upon arrival. There are extended care and family options available this week. However, there is no transportation available this week.
