walks, delicious, organic, locally sourced meals prepared by an amazing local chef, massages, relaxation, and more. Jessica has been teaching this retreat for the last six years.
Sarah Graham, a seasoned Yoga teacher, Maine Guide and SUP enthusiast, will be assisting for a second year with Jessica. This retreat is limited to 20 participants, ensuring a lot of personal attention for both deepening your yoga practice, and becoming a stronger paddleboarder—or learning for the first time! All levels are welcome on this retreat!
