These assessments will be taking place approximately six weeks after the last ones--a perfect amount of time to assess your progress and results. THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM FOUR PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE TO RUN THESE.
Assessments are for anyone--you do not have to have attended a Power Hour or outing with
No one ever regrets doing assessments, but many people regret NOT doing assessments. They are the best way to know you're on track and hitting your goals. Assessments will include the following (although you're entitled to opt out of any you're not interested in):
-Body Fat Measurements (with calipers)
-Body Circumference Measuerments (including waist to hip ratio)
-Strength assessments (total body, upper body, lower body, movement core, stabilization core)
-Flexibility (sit and reach)
-Cardiovascular capacity (VO2max test)
Body Fat and Circumference testing will be done individually, while the rest of the testing will be done in a group setting.
You will receive a print-out of your results, along with explanatinos of what they mean, and areas you may want to focus your improvements on. You'll also receive a high-five for motivation :)
The cost is only $15. Can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. If you're doing a bank transfer, please use your name and "DecAssess" as references. Account is 12-3136-0075240-00
**Please note - if you are doing the Body Fat or Circumference measurements, please be there at 2:30pm. If you are only doing the strength, flexibility, and cardio testing, please arrive at 3:00pm. Times are subject to change based on how many people sign up, so please be sure to note the times before you come.
