On Tuesday, February 2st join us @ the Armory for a FREE night of informaiton about the spring No Boundaries Learn to Run 5K, 2pt0 and 3pt0 Training Programs. The session starts at 7pm in the community room. It will last one hour. We will go over the training program options, training plans and all
program information to help you decide what program is the best FIT for you. Choose from Beginner 5K Training, 2pt0 Intermediate Training or 3pt0 Advanced Training.
