study skills in schools, colleges and universities.
Join her on Monday 16 April 2018 to discuss the most common mistakes that students make before exams and how to avoid them. She'll share practical strategies such as:
- How to plan a revision schedule
- Overcoming procrastination and perfectionism
- Creating resources and boosting memory
- Managing distractions and staying focused
- Reducing stress before, during and after exams
