Do you want healthier relationships? Most of us do. The need for connection is an essential part of being human. All of us deserve to feel
safe and respected in our relationships, but sometimes it can be difficult to ask for what we need.
Healthy boundaries are essential for our relationships to thrive. Without boundaries, we can find ourselves overwhelmed and exhausted as we constantly prioritize other people's needs above our own. This workshop will focus on developing self-compassion so that we can have a greater awareness of what we need in order to feel safe. We will discuss how to be assertive while also being kind. In addition to lecture and discussion, this workshop will incorporate body awareness and experiential exercises for an integrative learning experience.
