Back for another edition, the beautiful Shasta Valley Honey Badger ride. It starts and finishes at the Mt. Shasta Brewing Company in Weed, California. It will be similar to last year's edition with a few minor tweaks. It's a typical Honey Badger ride. A CX or gravel bike would be the perfect tool. It's
about 50/50 of crappy old pavement and really sweet dirt and almost zero car traffic.
There's two routes this year. A 48 mile long course and the shorter 36 mile option.
Here's the GPS track for the full ride. It's about 48 miles long and has just over 2100ft of elevation gain. Please fee free to contact me if you need any help in downloading the route into your GPS.
Here's the link to the short loop. It's a hair over 36 miles and has about 1700ft of climbing. Again, if you need help downloading this into your gps, swing by the shop anytime and I'll get you squared away.
There will be course markings and a basic overview map of both courses available along with cue sheets for the more analog minded folks.
