Herban Adventures Kids Camp: What's Growing in the Tiny Garden?

Herban Adventures is back at Tiny Diner with more amazing classes to engage your children in healthy eating and gardening! Join us for a class exploring the magic of common herbs and plants you'll find growing in the Tiny Diner garden. Everyone will have the opportunity to engage with the various plants

through a sensory experience of taste, touch and smell and learn about herbs through interactive games and songs. At the end of our time together, we'll share a garden sun tea & snack.

This class can be taken as individually or as a three part series. Other classes take place on Wednesday June 20th and 27th from 9-11am. Preregister and save! Tickets for single classes are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Three class series tickets are $45 in advance and $55 at the door. Tickets include the price of one child and two adults. Pay-what-you can rates are available. No one will be turned away if unable to pay! Please email Andrea to register for pay-what-you-can or to RSVP.

Clare Gardner Nieto
Clare grew up roaming the woods and fields with her mother, a self-taught naturalist and expert gardener, who taught her from an early age the names and signatures of plants and the knowing of the natural world. Clare has studied herbalism with Lise Wolff and Matthew Wood, and flower essence therapy with Martin Bulgerin in Minneapolis and the Flower Essence Society in California. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with kids so that they too get to know the wonder and magic of the natural world around them. She practices herbalism and flower essence therapy out of her home in Northeast Minneapolis and can be found on the web at www.claregardnernieto.com.
