In this 2 hour workshop Gaby will explain how the food we eat affects our gut and how important gut health is. A balanced diet includes whole foods with lots of fibre. Many of these prebiotic foods feed the probiotic bacteria in our gut leading to a healthy digestion.

Your gut wall houses 70 percent of the cells that make up your immune system. You might not attribute digestive problems with allergies, arthritis or other diseases, but many of these are actually caused by gut problems.
