Please consider joining the Triangle Trailblazers for a city walk (5km or 10km) in Hillsborough on Saturday, Jan. 23 at 10:00 a.m. The 2A-rated walk goes through downtown Hillsborough with its many quaint shops and numerous historic structures dating back to the American Revolution. Pass by the Old
Slave Cemetery, walk along the Eno River where a replica of an Occoneechee Indian Village once stood. The terrain is mostly flat with minor hills along paved trails, sidewalks, quiet streets and natural surfaces. Please come 15 minutes early to allow time for registration.
The walk qualifies for a number of special program, including Alternative Capitals, Food For Thought, Fraternal Organization, Honoring Our Flag, National Register of Historic Places, Points of Reference, Water Towers and You'll Never Walk Alone.

HOW TO GET THERE: From I-85/I-40, take Exit 164 for South Churton St. Follow Churton St. 2 miles to the Weaver Street Market on the left. Weaver St. Market is on the ground floor of a large brick building. Turn left off Churton St. just before the Market for the parking area on the left.
